  1. Collect Images: Go on Pinterest or Google Images and find pictures that represent your dream life—luxury homes, happy couples, stacks of money, healthy foods, anything that symbolizes what you want.
  2. Create a Video: Use a simple video editing app to compile these images into a short video. Overlay the images with affirmations in your voice. For example, as a picture of a luxury home appears, you say, “I am living in a beautiful, luxurious home.”
  3. Watch Daily: Watch this video every morning when you wake up and every night before you go to bed. The repetition and visualization will program your mind to work towards these goals.
