I have always found that actively loving saves one from a morbid preoccupation with the shortcomings of society.
When you complain, you make yourself a victim. Leave the situation, change the situation, or accept it. All else is madness.
When you’re not patient, you start complaining. And the fact that you’re complaining is a sign that you’re not grateful.
Complaining not only ruins everybody else's day, it ruins the complainer's day, too. The more we complain, the more unhappy we get.
If people don't like it, they can complain. And if they don't have the courage to complain, that's their problem.
Like crying wolf, if you keep looking for sympathy as a justification for your actions, you will someday be left standing alone when you really need help.
