Born in 1934, is an American author and public relations expert. He graduated from New York University (NYU) in 1957 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. Klepper began his career at NBC News, where he wrote, produced, and directed. Notably, he served as Associate Producer for the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Telethon during its first two national years in 1967 and 1968.

He later became a senior officer at Burson-Marsteller, launching their first Radio & Television and Media Training departments. In 1978, he founded his own public relations firm, Michael Klepper Associates, with clients including Monsanto, Dow, Showtime, the New York State Bar Association, and the governments of Canada, Japan, and Israel.
