Clipse is not an author but a hip-hop duo consisting of brothers Gene "No Malice" Thornton and Terrence "Pusha T" Thornton. Hailing from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Clipse gained prominence in the early 2000s under the mentorship of producer Pharrell Williams and The Neptunes. Their debut album, Lord Willin’ (2002), featured hit singles like "Grindin’," which became a defining track in hip-hop. Known for their intricate lyricism and vivid storytelling about street life, Clipse released Hell Hath No Fury (2006), which was critically acclaimed for its dark production and sharp wordplay. Their final album, Til the Casket Drops (2009), marked the end of their collaborative music career, as No Malice pursued a spiritual path while Pusha T continued as a solo artist and later became president of G.O.O.D. Music.
